The eClassroom Operational Support teams provide each of our Educational Partners with a single point-of-contact for all operational and strategic concerns.
Each of our Educational Partners has a dedicated Client Services Consultant who acts as an extension of the school’s online learning team. A Client Services Consultant is a single-point of contact for all questions and concerns. It’s like having an eLearning expert on staff.
In addition, each school receives strategic support from an Account Manager. The Account Manager provides growth-minded, strategic support for your online classes.
